no major updates..
I tried washing my hair with just the baking soda- and yah, not so much. I mean, it was fine, except that the vinegar adds a certain je n'sais quoi ... if ya know what i mean! haha...
I do have a major FAIL!
Today I decided my scalp was super itchy so i decided to try the mayo/avocado conditioner.. yah... this experiment failed on many levels.
1. I only had 1 hour to wash/condition/rinse/blow dry and then leave my house.. next time I will commit more time to this.
2. I did not mash up the avocado enough... I def had avocado floating around in my tub, and it clogged up the drain.. and I keep finding avocado remnants in random places around my bathroom...
3. I think I left it in too long.
4. I got over ambitious and mixed it with mayo.. but it was actually miracle whip.. i don't think it matters..
anyway.. I rinsed with the vinegar to make sure the smell would leave my hair.. yah.. it stinks.
and my hair is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo greasy.. .it's def shiny, but in a greasy disgusting way. like I dried it for like 10 minutes and it still looks soaking wet... and it's not like sleek sexy wet looking.. its like greasy chunks i didn't wash my hair for 3 weeks (which technically i didn't haha).... so yah.. I wouldn't recommend this to people whose hair is naturally on the oily side (and if you live in the south and its 95 + humidity)
Gahrosssss!!!!! I think I am going to sleep on it and then try and rinse it out in the morning.. ugh..
okay i just google searched home remedies for itchy scalp and a lot of them said to use olive oil, or coconut oil... but if you have oily hair just use the vinegar... opps! should have read better.. .it also said that it is a sign of dehydration ... And I didn not drink any water today... so that might make a big difference...
okay that's all for now..
